The room
Everyone in it, regardless of who they love, how they move, or what they wear, deserves to feel safe, welcome, and free.
Volúmen has zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or entitled behavior on the dancefloor, at the bar, or anywhere inside the venue. That includes unwanted comments, touching, staring, or crowding someone's space without invitation.
This applies to how guests treat each other, how guests treat artists and staff, and how staff treat guests. No exceptions for who's paying, who's on the lineup, or who's been coming the longest.
If someone makes you or someone near you uncomfortable, tell any staff member. You'll be heard, and it'll be handled quietly and directly, not turned into a scene.
This isn't a list of house rules. It's how we expect everyone in the room, guests, artists, and staff alike, to treat each other.
